Final confirmation of the property you wish to purchase
A final check will be conducted in the presence of both the customer (buyer) and the seller to ensure that the property is in a condition ready for handover and that the situation has not changed since the time of the contract.
Final check points
●Do the ancillary facilities, etc. and the contents of the property status report match the current situation?
● Check the boundary with the neighboring land
