If you find a property you like among the ones we have introduced, be sure to go and see it. You can view the interior of the house for sale or the model room at any time on an open house day without making a reservation. In addition, if you ask the staff of Century 21 BS Home, they will guide you around the property even outside of the open house period and will answer any questions you may have.

Tips on floor plans

01 Steel-reinforced concrete construction (SRC)

A construction method in which steel-framed columns and beams are covered with reinforced concrete. It is stronger than reinforced concrete construction and is used for high-rise buildings.

02 Reinforced concrete construction (RC construction)

A construction method in which a framework is made of steel bars and concrete is poured around it. This is a typical structure for mid- to high-rise buildings.

03 Precast concrete construction (PC construction)

This construction method involves assembling reinforced concrete panels produced in a factory on-site.

04 Exclusive Use Rights

This is the right to use shared areas such as a balcony, a private garden, or a parking lot, but only for certain people. In some cases, a monthly fee may be required.

05 Building coverage ratio

This is the ratio of building area (generally the first floor floor area) to the lot area. Restrictions vary depending on the zoning district.

06 Volume ratio

This is the ratio of total floor area (generally the total floor area of each floor) to the site area. Like the building coverage ratio, it differs depending on the zoning district.

07 Zoning

Urbanized areas are divided into zoning zones, and each zone has restrictions on the use and size of buildings that can be constructed.

08 Urbanized Area

Areas subject to the City Planning Act are divided into urbanization areas and urbanization control areas. As a general rule, construction and development of buildings is not permitted in urbanization control areas.
