Application and important information
Once you have decided on the property you wish to purchase, we will confirm and adjust the contract terms between you (the buyer) and the seller and explain important matters regarding the property.
When you find a property you want to buy
1. Please fill out the purchase application form.

2. We will coordinate the contract terms between the buyer and seller, including the payment method, delivery date, and other conditions.

3. Once you are fully satisfied, we will conclude the real estate purchase and sale contract.

4. The important matters regarding the property will be explained in the Important Matters Explanation Document.
Please be careful!
After a real estate purchase and sale contract is concluded, the parties will fulfill their respective rights and obligations based on the contents of the contract. The customer (the buyer) will be obligated to pay the purchase price, and if they violate their obligations, they may be required to pay a penalty. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask our staff.
